• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Products that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.

• Products that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

• Pop Mart blind boxes (such as Labubu) – these cannot be returned or exchanged due to their collectible nature.
