Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us via [email protected] or the blue chat button, and we will be happy to assist you with a custom shipping arrangement.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! In-store pickup is always free. During checkout, simply select “Pick up in store” and follow the normal ordering process.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We work with DPD, PostNL, DHL, and UPS. For orders to the Netherlands and Belgium, we typically use DPD or DHL. For other EU countries, we select the most reliable and cost-efficient carrier available.

How much does shipping cost?

At Mentastore, separate rates apply for small accessories like laces or crease protectors:. Netherlands: €1.99. Belgium & Germany: €3.50. All other countries: €6.50. For sneakers, clothing and other items, the rates below apply.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Sizes with a blue dot: If you place your order before 17:00, we will ship it within 24 hours. Sizes without a blue dot: Delivery takes 1–10 business days. The delivery time is always displayed above the “Add to cart” button after selecting your size.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

My tracking shows “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

First, check with your neighbours or anyone in your household who might have accepted the delivery. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us immediately via [email protected] or the blue chat button so we can investigate with t

What should I do if my package is delayed?

If your tracking has not shown a scan or update for more than 2 business days, please contact us at [email protected] or via the blue chat button. We will contact the carrier and keep you informed until your order has been delivered.

Are there import or customs fees?

No, there are no import or customs fees for shipments within Europe. For shipments outside of Europe, additional costs may apply for the customer.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, this is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the adjustment. Once your order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

What happens if I order both 24h delivery and backorder items?

Items available with Express (24h) will always be shipped first within 24 hours. Backorder items will be shipped separately within 1–10 working days.
